What Is Health Coaching?

Health coaching is a co-created and personalized program that focuses on improving health and wellness. It develops and builds a person’s capacity to achieve both short and long term goals. In this relationship, participants interact one-on-one with their coach by email, by phone and/or online journal.

Unlike personal training or counseling, YOU, the client, are the expert in this relationship – after all, who know you better than you! Whether you’re working toward general wellness or a more specific health-related concern, our focus is on enhancing your quality of life. Our coaches guide, support, motivate and help you to set achievable goals. They do not diagnose, prescribe, or give advice, they use their expertise to provide you with tools, not opinions.
