I didn&#039;t want to leave without a thank you note for this concise well-written self-help article.

I have personally come to see that self-esteem is not something that we find as much as it is something that we create on an ongoing basis.

This is a skill that comes most easily when we are inner focused. It comes from being compassionate with ourselves when life does not go as we had planned.
